TOUCH SCREEN GPS TRACKING

  • ROUTEHAWK™ automatically tracks and displays a vehicle’s movements wirelessly using GPS.
  • Supports a wide variety of map types e.g. Google, topographical, GIS, and local CAD drawings.
  • The display shows current position, direction, route taken and location of nearby company vehicles also equipped with ROUTEHAWK.
  • The device can be installed in trucks, personnel vehicles, resource industry machines or any piece of moving equipment.

ALWAYS-ON LIVE DATA

  • Engine data provides speed, location, direction, operational duration, temperature, fuel consumption, RPM, odometer.
  • The operator log tracks hours worked and productivity. Billable hours can be calculated by both client and event.
  • The server updates each remote device with personnel, maintenance and event code information, as well as new software and maps.
  • Machine hours provide automated maintenance schedule.
  • Data is saved to a web based SQL cloud or local server through optional IWO system.
  • Data is held when outside radio range and transferred later.
  • Operator log provides employee shift report.
  • Event codes provide machine productivity report.

INTUITIVE INTERFACE

  • ROUTEHAWK is intuitive to use and requires only minimal training.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS

  • All ROUTEHAWK data is transferred wirelessly both automatically and by operator or administrator input.
  • Links are made either via always-on connections with server through radio-frequency (for example, MOTOTRBO™ Professional Digital Two-Way Radio System), cellular or satellite.
  • Communications include integrated phone and text messaging between machines and head office, between machines themselves, as well as on-screen alerts.
  • Text messaging from any web computer or device to any machine.

SERVER CUSTOMIZATION

  • Customize your own event codes for maintenance items, productivity, billable hours and custom forms like tickets, OHSA fields, on-board invoices, and work orders.
  • Forms for personnel and equipment are included. Database can be integrated into other proprietary systems for:

  • Archiving
  • Relational information analysis.
